The staff at the property were very friendly and were able to offer us an early check in. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Every day, all guests were able to enjoy Happy Hour for an hour with complimentary food and drinks. The hotel was in a central location with the MRT, busses and taxis’s readily available.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Madison. Nice touches included the happy hour from 5-6pm, with some free food and drinks. Staff were very helpful. Our room was very quiet and comfortable, with modern touches so everything worked perfectly. Breakfast is varied and timing flexible - is reasonable value at T$500. Good restaurants nearby. Underground parking was very handy and great that it was included.

Hotel Staff was courteous and professional. I arrived at 5:30am in the Morning .. and I had not declared "Early Check In" needed. Victor took good care of me .. as I was tired from 12 hour flight from US. Great Breakfast too. Will recommend Madison to other congatec colleagues / friends.

Nice design, calm atmosphere, helpful staff, amazing that you emailed me after the stay with a lost and found item (that’s never happened to me from another hotel and a real stand out service!) Nice breakfast with a good emphasis on Asian options! I especially liked the congee station and the various porridges and stews.
